John & the entire staff at Resolve Physio are wonderful to work with! The atmosphere at Resolve is positive and personalized - they take good care of you. I've been in physical therapy off and on since 2017 dealing with an old injury and several subsequent surgeries. I started working with John in 2020 - he's been my favorite PT to work with! I owe a lot of gratitute to him and his staff for helping me along my journey and finding the right plan to help get me get to where I am today. I've regained strength and function I thought I would never get back - thank you for helping me achieve that!

I had a great experience working with John and the team at Resolve Physio! I started PT after struggling with lingering knee pain from an old soccer injury. I was given exercises that have helped me build strength, which has made a noticeable difference on the field. In addition to the PT sessions, I was given exercises to work on at home that are helping me maintain strength now that my formal PT sessions have ended. I appreciate the supportive atmosphere at Resolve Physio and would definitely recommend them!

These folks are the best!! From first point of contact to my final appointment, I felt so well cared for and happy with the treatment I received. Meg the office manager is amazing and so friendly. She answered all of my questions and was very patient with me. John the physical therapist was amazing as well. He is very knowledgeable and experienced. He was able to tailor my treatment sessions to best meet my adapting needs. He helped me resolve my pain! They are very friendly and fun to be around. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in need of PT.

I've been to John a couple times for sports-related injuries. He was always able to diagnose and get me on a recovery plan quickly. Very knowledgeable and fun to work with!

I went to John for some issues with my shoulder and knee. During our discovery visit, he was able to provide clear diagnoses, advice moving forward, and answer any questions I had. He is SO personable and easy to talk to. I never felt rushed or like I was being invalidated, which I have unfortunately experienced with other medical professionals. Especially recommend for any rock climbers, he will work with you instead of telling you to “just stop climbing because it’s dangerous” Really awesome place!!

Been going here for a while (multiple years). John has helped me work through various issues that plague me during training. He does an extremely good job working with where my injury is at. He knows when I can be pushed and when I should pull back a bit. Working with him has improved not just my body but has given me a better recognition of it. Would highly recommend for anyone that values living actively.

John is an awesome PT! He helped me through some chronic lower back pain that was interfering with my daily activities. Over time, we were able to diagnose the issue and find exercises I can do at home and in the gym to maintain. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience working with John at Resolve Physio. I went in for lower back issues & John was able to diagnose what was going on immediately & set up a program to work on what was causing the issues. John is extremely knowledgable & was able to help get me back in the gym a lot sooner than I had expected. Highly recommend!

John is Amazing! Professional, Flexable, Knowledgeable, Funny, and Kind! He challenges me to strive forward and reminds me I can with Consisent Repetition and Showing up ready to be my best. He has woked alongside me matching what I give myself in each session, and he steadies me when I want too much too fast. Blanaced slow steady progress is our goal together! What I appreciate most about John, he gives the same effort to each person he works with, which speaks to his character and his desire to help in his unique way. Training with John is what I want to do, and I have a blast doing it!

I recently visited Resolve Physio to meet with John and learn more about his assessment and plan of care process, and I was extremely impressed. As a strength and conditioning coach who works with a lot of hockey athletes, hip and groin health is something we deal with regularly. Hockey places a huge demand on the hips, and having a specialist in your network who truly understands that is incredibly valuable. John walked me through his full assessment process step by step. It was thorough, thoughtful, and most importantly, every part of it had a clear purpose. You can tell he has a strong “why” behind what he does and how he builds a plan of care for each athlete. What stood out most was his commitment to starting with a proper discovery visit and assessment so that the plan of care is individualized instead of guesswork. From a strength coach’s perspective, John is exactly the kind of professional you want in your corner when working with athletes. If you’re a hockey parent, athlete, or coach dealing with hip or groin issues, Resolve Physio is a great resource.
